Sausage and bacon omelette, half a plate of hash browns, Texas toast, and coffee at the Blue B onnet Cafe in Marble Falls, TX.

Nice place to stop and have a bite. When I rode motorcycles with my dad (maybe 10 years ago) we would head there from Round Rock. As long as the traffic was light it was a nice ride.

Looks amazing, and like they managed to fit an entire pig in to that egg?!
Also, what is Texas toast?

It’s just extra thick toast, usually buttered and sometimes garlic toast.
Because everything’s bigger in Texas!

I just polished off a plate of eggs, sausage and a bagel for lunch about 10 minutes ago. Breakfast is love, breakfast is life.

You at least bought pie to-go, right? I’ve driven by many times with a line out the door.

Yeah, I figured the “bigger” part, was wondering if there is more to it. My take away from this is that pretty much every object in Texas is prefixed with “Texas” simply to convey the fact that it is larger than what is typical.

There was just enough egg to call it an omelette.

Line was out the door, but the ladies in the kitchen were slinging the hash so fast that the wait wasn’t that bad, and we got out order in about ten minutes. And yes, we brought a chocolate cream pie home.

Sounds about right!
The biggest difference is learning critical thinking and how to apply it to imagination. As you might guess, critical thinking is not big with most people’s normal education these days.
